Don’t take our word for it

        Hear from our community.

        • “Before I went to the Wellness Centre, I was overweight and had trouble with my balance. I used to go to another gym, but I hadn’t been in about a year and I had a few falls so thought that it was time I did something again.

The exercise classes have improved my balance and it’s given me the motivation to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.”
